We’re thrilled to announce the release of —Programs! This update is perfect for businesses offering recurring classes and subscriptions, making it easier than ever to manage and automate client enrollments.
With Programs, attendees are automatically enrolled in a set number of scheduled sessions, allowing them to pay upfront for a program and enjoy seamless participation.
What Are Programs?
Programs are basically enrollments, i.e. a series of recurring subscriptions/classes where clients pay for a bundle of sessions and are automatically enrolled. No need for clients to book each class individually—the system handles it all, giving both clients and businesses a smoother experience.

✅ Easy Cancellations & Refunds – Businesses can allow cancellations anytime, at the end of the subscription period, or after a notice period, with flexible refund options.

How It Works?
Setting up Programs on Omnify is quick and intuitive! Follow this simple flow to create, manage, and optimize your enrollments.
Step A: Create a Program
1. Go to Dashboard → Navigate to Services and click Create Service.
2. Select "Programs" → This will open the program creation page.

Step B: Enter Program Details
3. Basic Info → Add the Program Name, cover image, location, and assign a trainer.


4. Set Availability → Define when the program is available for enrollment.
Step C: Configure Pricing & Capacity
5. Pricing & Duration → Set the program pricing and duration.
6. Allow Drop-ins (Optional) → Enable drop-ins with two capacity settings:
- Dynamic Capacity → Enter overall program capacity and drop-in price.

- Fixed Capacity → Set separate capacity for program enrollments and drop-ins.

7. No Drop-ins? → Simply enter the program capacity and proceed.

Step D: Manage Enrollment & Auto-Booking
8. Auto-Book Preferences → Choose how clients get enrolled in sessions:
- Skip same-day schedules
- Include same-day schedules
- Recurring weekly on the same day & time
9. Client Start Date → Allow clients to choose their start date from available schedules.

Step E: Set Cancellations & Refunds
10. Cancellation Policy → Choose from:
- Cancel anytime
- Cancel at the end of the subscription
- Cancel after a notice period

Step F: Add More Customizations
11. Enable Add-ons → Offer additional services to enhance the program.
12. Set Age Restrictions → Define eligibility based on age.
13. Apply Filters → Categorize and manage programs efficiently.

Step G: Publish & Start Enrolling Clients!
14. Save & Publish → Your program is now live and ready for enrollments!
