Managing party bookings can be complex, from setting up schedules to handling RSVPs and payments. This update smoothens the entire process, allowing businesses to offer customized party packages, track RSVPs, and even include special promotions—all from a single platform.

How It Works
Creating a Party
1. Navigate to Dashboard > Services and click Create a Service.
2. Select Parties and enter essential details (title, description, color, image, location, trainer, capacity, etc.).
3. Set up Packages with different pricing options, included services, and add-ons.
4. Choose Payment Options—either full payment upfront or partial deposit
5. Configure Schedules to define available time slots.
6. Toggle Party Invitation RSVP to allow customers to invite guests.
7. Set an Age Restriction if required.
8. Save and publish the party for customers to book.
Managing RSVPs
Once a party is booked, RSVP Page can be accessed via two methods:
- Through Front Desk: Navigate to Calendar, select the booked party schedule, and click Actions.
- Select View RSVP Page to share the link.
- Through Service Store (Client Profile): Under the Schedules tab, find the party booking, click the three-dot menu, and select View RSVP Page to share with attendees.
RSVP Invitation Page
1. Attendees open the RSVP link and view the party details.
2. They fill out a form with parent details (name, phone, email) and child information (name, DOB).
- Multiple children can be added to the RSVP.
- Once submitted, guests are recorded as Prospects, serving as potential leads for the business.
Adding an Offer to the RSVP Page
Admins can incentivize RSVPs by adding promotions:
1. Go to Prospects (Frontdesk), and click the Settings icon (top-right corner).
2. Toggle Offers & Promotions.
3. Configure the prompt by adding:
- Label text (e.g., “Offer for You!”)
- Offer details (e.g., “Would you like a free class?”)
- Acceptance label (e.g., “Yes, send me details.”)
4. Save changes, and the offer will appear on the RSVP page.
5. The same offer can also be enabled on the Website Enquiry Form.
Collecting Tips for Parties
1. Go to the Orders Table.
2. Locate the specific party booking.
3. Click the three-dot menu and select Add Tip.
4. Process the tip amount seamlessly.
Example Use Case
A kids’ activity center offers birthday party bookings with three different packages—Basic, Premium, and Deluxe. Parents can select a package, customize it with add-ons, and choose whether to pay the full amount or a deposit. Once booked, they receive an RSVP link to invite guests. Attendees fill out the RSVP form, and parents can even avail a free class offer for their child. The business can track RSVPs, follow up on potential customers, and collect tips—all from a single dashboard.
