One last thing before we say goodbye to the year

It's the holiday season, and we’re here to share what we were up to this year. Let's take a look at what we've built together this year.

2024 wasn’t just another year - it was the year we rebuilt Omnify from the ground up. This was no ordinary rebuild. It was a reimagining. A bold leap forward. And today, we’re proud to announce Omnify 3.0- the biggest release we’ve ever done. Let’s take you through what makes this moment extraordinary.
The year that was- The Year of Reinvention
This wasn’t about small tweaks or improvements. We started from scratch to create a platform that’s faster, smarter, and packed with everything you need to transform your business. We released a pilot to select customers earlier this year, and the feedback has been nothing short of phenomenal. Now, as we head into 2025, Omnify 3.0 is here to change the game. This is your platform, your growth engine, your moment.
Features we built 🏆
Before we show you, here’s a list of 20+ features we shipped and are about to launch it to all of you early next year

1. Your new Service Store is here – It’s beautiful! You can completely personalize your storefront with your branding by selecting layouts and themes, creating categories, and more.

2. New Frontdesk—Your Frontdesk has received a significant upgrade! You can now track all your orders and invoices, create orders with add-ons, charge a card on file, and more.

3. New Services – We’re introducing Programs, Camps, and Parties! 

4. Products – You can now sell physical and digital products with Omnify. You will also be able to track Inventory.

5. Gift Cards – Digital Gift Cards and Certificates are now available in Omnify. You will also be able to track Gift Card Purchases and Redemptions.

6. Improved Subscription & Trials Tracking— We’re re-launching the program and class pack subscription along with trials, which are more robust and functional. You can track those as well with the Subscriptions Table.

7. New CRM – Manage your Prospects, Leads, and Active and Inactive Customers in one beautiful interface.

8. Upgraded Calendar: With a sleek side panel, view your attendees, waitlists, and trials directly from the Calendar. You can also view a client profile without leaving the roster. 

9. New Insights Tool – Dive into detailed reporting and get all the information you need about your business.

10. Add-ons feature – You can sell physical and digital products and services.

11. Discounts – Create Family Discounts, Multiple Purchase Discounts, Recurring Discounts, and auto-apply discounts.

12. Switch feature – Easily switch an attendee between class schedules and programs.

13. Age restrictions for services – You can apply age restrictions to your services.

14. Store Credits – You can offer Store Credits to customers who can redeem them for family bookings.

15. Waitlist— Waitlists are now available for all Services. You can also now promote your Programs and class Packs, which haven’t launched yet, by having an Add to Waitlist Button before taking bookings.

16. Taxes— Taxes are now on specific Services or Products, meaning you can create different taxes or have one tax for everything. 

17. Automated Cancelation & Refunds— We’ve added new rules and workflows to automate your cancellation and refunds. Now, you can set immediate cancellation or add notice before your clients can cancel any subscription.

18. New Notification Emails— Keep up to date with every sale, waitlist, cancelation, and other activities with our notification emails.

19. New Auto-Emails— Better and more structured automated emails for your clients. You can attach the waiver and invoice PDF to your confirmation email.

20. Tips & Deposits — You can accept deposits and tips from your clients for parties.

We now have a new storefront, front desk, CRM, and calendar. Our goal is to improve your revenue by enhancing the booking conversion rate. It also makes your day-to-day operations much more straightforward and affluent in data.

We spent a lot of time with our customers this year. We visited our customers at their premises and understood the daily operations and challenges, and worked on solving them. 


The Team 🏆
We are a 30-person team now spread across San Francisco and Bangalore. We did our first offsite at a Farm and had the best time—nothing like spending time with nature. Fortunately, We have an incredible high-growth team that has shipped features at an astonishing velocity this year.

2025 is already looking huge! We’ve been very silent this year regarding communication, but we intend to change it next year.
