We're excited to introduce the new Camps feature under Services, which is tailored specifically for recreational businesses offering services like Summer Camps, Kids Camps, one-time events, recurring events and more. This update will make setting up and managing your camps easier and more efficient than ever, streamlining the entire process to save you time and enhance your operations.

What is the Camps Feature?

Businesses can now create camps with customized class schedules, tiered pricing, add-ons, and many other valuable options. Whether it's for kids' summer camps, weeklong camps, or a one-night event.

Key Benefits:

  • Flexible Recurring Options: Easily adjust schedules to fit your specific needs.
  • Tiered Pricing: Offer multiple pricing levels, enhancing flexibility for customers.
  • Boosted Basket Value: Tiered pricing encourages upselling, increasing the overall value per booking.

Camps gives you everything you need to organize, manage, and grow your programs like a seasoned camp leader!

How to Create Camps?

Start by setting up your camp using the Camps module.

Add Basic Details like camp title, description, color, image, attendee limits, and pricing options.

Set Up Tiered Pricing to create multiple pricing levels based on the number of sessions or schedules a client buys.

Why Tiered Pricing Matters?

The tiered pricing model allows you to increase bookings and generate more revenue by offering pricing options based on the number of sessions purchased:

  • Attendee A (1-5 schedules): Pays USD 20 per schedule.
  • Attendee B (6-10 schedules): Pays USD 18 per schedule.
  • Attendee C (11+ schedules): Pays USD 15 per schedule.

This flexible pricing encourages clients to book more sessions, helping your business sell more.

How to Add a Camp Schedule?

You can easily create camp schedules by selecting the Days of the Week and specific times. Additionally, you can control when your booking window opens and closes, giving you full control over registrations.

You can set schedules depending on the type of event, whether it is a recurring or one-time event.

Highlight: Add-Ons for Camps

Add-Ons are complementary products or services that you can offer alongside your main offerings to enhance your clients’ experience. Omnify Add-Ons feature allows businesses to sell extra items like camp t-shirts or mugs during the booking process. It’s a great way to enhance your client’s camp experience while boosting your sales.

Want to offer more value? This is where Add-Ons can be selected while setting up Camps. Read Setting 

And finally, the image below suggests how your Storefront looks once Camps are created. Select ‘Camps’ on the top panel> Find “Summerjoy Camp” as shown below-

On clicking the “Book” button, different camp schedules will be displayed as shown in the image below-

Additional Camp Settings

Other features that make camp management easier include:

  • Refund options in case of cancellations.
  • Pre-camp email instructions to attendees.
  • Age restrictions to ensure appropriate enrollment.
  • Sibling Discounts – Boost Attendance!

Siblings often attend camps together, so we’ve made it easy to offer Sibling Discounts. You can create special discounts for multiple attendees under one account, enticing families to register all their kids with you.

How to Create Discounts?

Navigate to Discounts.

Click the Create Discount button.

  • Enter discount details: Discount Name, Discount Code as shown below.
  • Add Discount type (percentage or fixed), number of attendees 
  • Add discount expiry date and redemption rules as to how many maximum redemptions are allowed on this particular discount.

At the end, hit Save. This will take you to the Discounts homepage where you can check all active, disabled, or Expired discounts along with details for each. Please, see the image below.
