How to Set Up Trials

Setting up trials on your Omnify dashboard is simple:

1. Navigate to the Services Tab
Log in to your admin dashboard and navigate to the Services tab on the left panel of Omnify dashboard. This tab lists all the services currently created. Check the image below.

2. Access Manage Trials
Click the Manage Trials button at the top left corner of the services page to open the trial management section. Here all existing trials for the services are displayed.

3. Add a New Trial
Above the list of created trials, there is an option to Add a New Trial. Click here to start the process of creating a new trial. Check the image below for reference.

4. Input Trial Details
Provide the following information:

• Trial Name: Create a unique name for the trial.
• Add Trial To: Decide whether the trial applies to all or specific subscriptions.
• Trial Period: Set the trial duration (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, etc.).
• Paid or Free: Specify whether the trial is free or requires a fee.
• Eligibility: Define the target audience for the trial (e.g., new customers).

5. Save and Publish
Save the details, and your trial will be live for customers to explore.
