What kind of business do you run?

We are a soccer school for kids aged 2.5 to 8 years old in a safe and fun environment.

What challenges were you facing and what motivated you to solve them?

We started this soccer school in 2018 with a strong coaching reputation. Gradually, as our business started growing with over 250 kids enrolling in our soccer programs each week; we started facing tremendous problems with bookings' management not limited to- change of schedules, change of pitches, holidays communications to our clients etc. As such, we were motivated to find a way to serve our customers in a more professional way and which is also uncomplicated for us.

How do you use our product, and how have you benefited from using Omnify?

We use Omnify to let our customers book their classes, check their remaining credits from their packages and can keep a track of the schedules of our coaches. All of the information in one place helps us a lot in saving a huge amount of time and in scheduling our job in a very professional and successful way.
