The Story of Lifetime Tennis 

Lifetime Tennis is a tennis coaching and program management provider that has developed over the last 8 years. They are made up of a team of committed, passionate coaches whose goal is to create Local Community Tennis Clubs that provide all of the services that traditional tennis clubs provide in a more accessible and affordable way. Their Community Club programs offer coaching, internal leagues, LTA Junior and Adult Teams, social events and a community outreach program at each of their locations.

The Challenge

Lifetime Tennis offers group courses, packages and private lessons. For them the biggest challenge was to manage the real-time slot availability, communication and on-ground management.

“We were taking online payments before but the biggest challenge was having a scheduling management system that is ideal for my academy. We offer course packages, have multiple coaches and we needed to manage attendees on-ground. We began looking for a software which was ideal for this. ” says James Webber
