San Marco community, built in 1972, is located in the city of Walnut Creek, California. It harbours 212 units, 3 private community pools, and a shared green belt. Their other amenities include a fun clubhouse, 2 Har-Tru Tennis courts, pickle ball court, spa and much more. The Clubhouse contains a library, game room, billiard room and fitness center. There is also ample sidewalk space, ideal for long walks through the neighborhood.

San Marco community members can also relax at the outdoor pool and patio, play a game or practice their serve on the tennis courts. Moreover, it provides many green spaces such as Wakodahatchee Wetlands, Green Cay Nature Center, Mangrove Park, and Ocean Inlet Park to choose from, for outdoor recreation. Golfers can find many courses to play in nearby areas. That being said, operating all these amenities at once can be quite challenging. What challenges were you facing and what motivated you to solve them?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we needed a platform to schedule safe access for our members. We could easily create and use slots as we needed.

The Omnify software is easy to use. Omnify’s key feature is that it gives you the ability to personalize the site to match each specific community. We could organize pool slots by time.

What has exceeded your expectations since working with us?

Their Customer service is excellent. They went above and beyond to assist me. They are very friendly and would help me with every little detail. Could not have asked for more dependable customer service!
