So, what does this mean?
For all of you who are new to Zapier, here’s a little context-
We use a lot of tools.
Omnify to take online bookings
MailChimp to send emails
Slack to communicate with the team
And then there is Accounting, SMS, Marketing Automation and what not.
We need all of these tools to be on top of our Business, right? It’s 2018 after all.
Now, we decided to make things easier for you- Make your favorite tools communicate with each other.
So we joined forces with Zapier. Y-E-S!!
With Zapier you can connect your Apps and automate your Workflow. The integration between one app to another is called a “Zap.” A Zap consists of a “trigger” and one or more “actions”. A Trigger is activated when a customer say, makes a booking on Omnify. An Action to that can be, as soon as a booking is made on Omnify, you get an SMS notification.
The possibilities are endless. Here are a few more workflow examples:
Add a client to Mailchimp when someone makes a booking on Omnify
When someone makes a booking, I add them to my Mailchimp list so that I can send them emails about my new offers, new launches, events etc.
Add new bookings to a Google Spreadsheet
I am a tad bit over-cautious and organized. And, I trust Google with my life. So, I have automated via Zapier a workflow where all my new bookings are added to a Google sheet. Easy!
Send Omnify booking confirmation notifications on Slack
When someone makes a booking on my Omnify Service store (kabandi.getomnify.com), I get a notification on my Slack channel.
We’ve created a bunch of sample Zaps based on based on the best use-cases:
